This article provides a brief overview of the process of creating a chat with ChatGPT integration to improve interaction with employees within the framework of a phone repair service center. To create a chat, it was necessary to develop an interface with which you can interact with the voice assistant. The introduction of the ChatGPT voice assistant and its further development can significantly improve the customer service process, making responses to requests more automated and efficient, as well as optimize operational processes. Further development of the project may include expanding the chat functionality, optimizing work with the API and improving the user interface, which makes interaction with the voice assistant even more convenient and effective for users.
