The article examines Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and its application in education to motivate students. The five main levels of Maslow's pyramid are discussed in detail. For each level of need, examples of the impact on the learning process and how educators can support students are given. In addition, the article points out the importance of creating a comfortable and safe learning environment where students feel accepted and respected. The article also emphasizes that understanding and addressing students' needs is a key factor in successful motivation and achievement. The article offers practical recommendations for educators to apply Maslow's theory in educational practice.
