This article is devoted to the study of situations in the field of women's rights protection. The historical stages of the formation of the protection of women's social rights, the legal foundations of women's social life and issues of ensuring women's rights at work in Russia, the protection of motherhood and childhood as a significant element of women's social protection will also be considered.
