Abstract (English):
The paper considers the influence of the method of pressing particle board on the density distribution over the thickness of the plates. The layer density was determined for plates of industrial production by periodic and continuous pressing method. Experiments have shown that the greatest density variation in thickness is observed in plates of the continuous pressing method. At the same time, the outer layers of these plates are compacted more strongly than those of the plates of the periodic pressing method.
