The article discusses the concepts of bankruptcy and insolvency, their essence, as well as a methodology that allows, with a sufficient degree of stability, to predict a sustainable outcome in the operation of an enterprise, the main causes of bankruptcy, types of causes, assessment of the risk of bankruptcy and measures to prevent insolvency. How to run a business correctly and accurately, what should be classified as bankruptcy? Start-up companies should research those who have filed for bankruptcy to avoid the same involvement. Unfortunately, for many years it has been the practice to carry out bankruptcy procedures for a number of enterprises, the activities of which were resumed as a result of the restoration of the solvency of organizations, at a minimum. As much as possible, avoid declaring bankruptcy.
