Abstract (English):
Today, the study of performance management and sustainable development of the organization is becoming more and more relevant, as the vector of economy is directed towards the ESG concept. The effectiveness of the organization is the achievement of the set goals with positive financial results from the activities that ensure sustainable development in a rapidly changing external environment. Important in the management of performance and sustainable development of the organization is the setting of the goal and the solution of the tasks corresponding to it, in order to achieve economic, social and environmental development. It is equally important to determine the functions, techniques and methods of managing the organization, which will help to achieve maximum performance and sustainable development of the organization. Sustainability and performance of an organization does not always depend on quantitative characteristics, but on qualitative ones. So, to maintain a decent level of competitiveness, the organization can reduce the requirements to the qualitative parameters of its functioning, taking into account the goals of future behavior.
