the article considers the trends in the development of domestic tourism in the Voronezh region over the past five years. The main provisions and information of the subject’s tourism activities in the national ranking are studied. The main indicators of the tourism sector and industry are analyzed: the number of tourist flows, the number of tourist firms and the number of hotels and other. The main types and directions of tourism of the region are studied. It concludes that there is a need for the development of domestic tourism.
