: The process-oriented approach is an effective tool for managing business processes and increasing the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The article presents the results of an analysis of the publication activity of scientific works, confirming the advantages of the process approach, and also proved the importance of assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of enterprise management processes in modern business. It has been determined that the methods under consideration are aimed at assessing the effectiveness of not all enterprise management processes in a single complex and solve specific problems for a specific single process. Problems were formulated and their solutions were identified to increase the efficiency of implementation in a single complex of all enterprise management processes.
