Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of calculating the distribution zones of the ammonia cloud, performed using the ALOHA computer software. Calculations were performed for the emergency situation in the Voronezh region during the depressurization of the Tolyatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline in 2015. A comparative analysis of calculated and real data on the spread of a toxic cloud has been carried out. The main limitations of using the software are formulated.
