Abstract (English):
The article provides an analytical overview of investment valuation methods used in China, including: the method of limiting 5 million yuan; the "boxed" method; the rule of thirds; the standard method from 2 million to 5 million yuan; the method of evaluating a network enterprise from 2 million to 10 million yuan; the method based on the price-profit ratio; the method of discounting cash flows; multiple method; a special valuation method for venture capital; the model of economic value added; the main the law on the General Director; the law on the personnel of an entrepreneurial enterprise; the method of evaluating investments before venture investment; the "O" method.
