The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of public transport in the city of Voronezh. The features of the provision of transport services by public and private carriers are considered. The purpose of the data presented in the work is aimed at understanding the problems of the functioning of public transport in Voronezh. Data from state media were analyzed, a survey of students was conducted, and statistical indicators were calculated based on official data. The results of the study highlight the main problems of public transport.
