In the article, based on a review of existing design schemes for the implementation of vehicle suspensions with pneumohydraulic elements, a comparative analysis is carried out using the method of multi-criteria comparison of alternatives according to such criteria as the service life of the structure in the conditions of the Russian Federation, the smoothness of the vehicle and the strength of the materials of the structural elements. Within the framework of this approach, it turned out that the optimal design of the suspension is "an independent double wishbone transverse with an active hydraulic drive on the vehicle axle"
