Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the role of garbage cans in the organization of public space, as well as the analysis of the regulatory and legal framework of the city of Moscow regarding the installation and operation of garbage cans. Modern requirements to the choice of urns in parks and other places of mass gathering of people are studied, taking into account their rational use, aspects of ecology, safety, aesthetics and the introduction of innovative technologies of the «smart city» system. The conclusions of the article can serve as important practical recommendations for effective urban management.
