Abstract (English):
The article discusses the organization of the landscape of the territory of estate complexes, as well as the identification of the main zones in the structure of estates. An analysis of the features of the formation of estate complexes in the Voronezh region on the territory of settlements was carried out. Aspects of the formation of estates are primarily natural conditions and cultural traditions, which will directly influence both the organization of landscapes of estates and their zoning. Identification of the main landscape structures within the territory of estate complexes can form the basis for the development and restoration of gardens and parks of estates.
