This article discusses the relevance of radiotherapy, which is the main method of treating oncological diseases. The method is based on the use of special high-energy rays to destroy cancer cells or stop their growth with minimal damage to healthy tissues and organs. The processes of radiotherapy with treatment planning are considered. The use of radiotherapy methods in foreign countries. The main advantages and benefits of radiotherapy are considered. This work also provides possible risks and limitations that can cause some side effects. The purpose of the study is: 1. Study and search for new methods and technologies to improve the effectiveness of treatment. 2. Reducing the risks and development of side effects. 3. Treatment planning taking into account the individual characteristics of patients. 4. Analysis of the use of radiotherapy methods in foreign countries.
