Abstract (English):
The article presents an analysis of studies related to the problem of increasing the energy efficiency of forest fire soil throwing machines. An improved design of a soil thrower with an energy-saving hydraulic drive of the throwing rotor and a mathematical model of the working process of a pneumohydraulic safety device are presented.
