UDK 656.081 Установление факта аварии. Общие вопросы
The article is devoted to the development of methods and models for controlling transportation and production processes under conditions of unplanned redistribution of resources in emergency situations. The algorithms based on incident and adjacency matrices, criteria for assessing the quality of management, as well as practical examples from the construction of overpasses and traffic management are considered. The proposed models allow to optimize the redistribution of resources, minimize losses and increase the stability of technological processes.
