Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article considers symmetry and its changes during ontogenesis of the training process, which explains a variety of phenomena. From the definition of the concepts of symmetry-asymmetry we can see that they cover not only space and time, but also causality and interaction, i.e. conditionally we can distinguish geometric and dynamic symmetry-asymmetry. Spatial symmetry contains in itself possibilities to provide dynamic symmetry, and vice versa.

Keywords:
symmetry, asymmetry, adaptation, training process
