The article presents the results of research on a specially created test bench of the efficiency of the neural network diagnostics method of gear transmission based on the signal spectrum from the electric motor supply current sensor. Processing and analysis of signals from the current sensor, development and application of neural networks to solve the problem of classifying the technical condition of the control object are implemented in the Matlab 2020 program. The reliability of the neural network classification was more than 98%.
