Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the role of international law and legal aspects of its regulation. The authors briefly reviewed the key international agreements - the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road and the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic. They also highlighted the influence of international law on Russian practice: integration of standards into national legislation, overcoming bureaucratic barriers, modernization of infrastructure and environmental requirements. Development prospects such as the introduction of digital technologies, strengthening international cooperation and staff development are highlighted. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of compliance with international norms for socio-economic growth and Russia's integration into the global transport system.
