Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the clarification of the dependence of the restorative efficiency of activating effects on the expression of motor switches "inside" these effects. This position is manifested in the indices of motor function and its restoration after tiring activity. The advantage of motor switches as a factor in increasing restorative efficiency is especially pronounced in the indices of the analyzer function of muscles.
The article is devoted to the clarification of the dependence of the restorative efficiency of activating effects on the expression of motor switches "inside" these effects.
