The article analyzes the socio-economic development of the Voronezh region for five years. The achievements of the region are considered: GRP growth, infrastructure development, modernization of agriculture and social sphere. The problems are highlighted: personnel shortage, outflow of specialists, energy constraints and bureaucracy. The paper emphasizes the challenges and opportunities for the region's development, offering recommendations for improving the sustainability of the economy.
