Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The paper analyzes the volumes of construction of apartments offered to the buyer with finishing, equipped with furniture. The advantages and disadvantages of purchasing finished apartments with furniture are considered, and a portrait of the target audience for which this offer may be the most attractive is determined. The possibilities of including the cost of furniture in the equity participation agreement, the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation between builders and furniture makers are analyzed.
