Abstract (English):
The article defines the main philosophical and conceptual issues of Russia's attitude as a state to the paradigm of Network-centric warfare. A number of eventual challenges within the framework of the modern armed and humanitarian conflict and ways to solve them, in relation to the concept of the Russian world, are identified.
