Abstract (English):
The article examines in detail the formation of the moral category "citizenship", the meanings embedded in this category in different historical periods, as well as social trends and changes that influenced the formation of this moral category. The author analyzes the most significant concepts in the field of citizenship formation and the significance of these concepts for future generations. The article examines foreign and domestic approaches to understanding citizenship.
