The article examines the activities of the Voronezh Diocesan Women’s School as an important center of religious and patriotic education in Russia during the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries. The system of patriotic consciousness formation among representatives of the clergy is analyzed using this educational institution as an example. The author explores a comprehensive education system based on three principles: religious and moral education, civic and patriotic enlightenment, and practical activities for the benefit of the Fatherland. Special attention is given to educational methods, including both academic classes and extracurricular activities. The study demonstrates how such education formed holistic personalities – educated and cultured citizens, active participants in public life, enlighteners of the masses, and keepers of spiritual traditions. The author emphasizes the social significance of the school’s activities through the work of graduates in parish schools and the dissemination of spiritual and moral values.
