Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the research and development of an automated system of laser metal cleaning. Based on the mathematical model described by the heat conduction equation using the finite difference method, the temperature field of the metal surface under the influence of laser radiation has been simulated. The modeling results demonstrate the temperature distribution according to the Gaussian law and the dependence of the ablation depth on the pulse duration. Experimental tests on steel samples showed a 30% reduction in ablation time compared to manual control and a calculation error of less than 5%.
