Abstract (English):
The article discusses the basic principles of describing electric fields with an emphasis on the differential form of the Gauss equation. It is established that in a vacuum the interaction of an electric field with a charge can be adequately described using a charge density that varies in space. The article covers important aspects related to the concept of a Gauss surface and the integral expression of the Gauss law, which allows for a deeper understanding of the distribution of electric fields in inhomogeneous media. The article emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of the differential form of the equations of electrostatics for the further development of the theory of electric fields and their application in various scientific and practical contexts, as well as for facilitating the interpretation of processes associated with electrical interactions.
