In this work, comprehensive analyses of modern microcontrollers were carried out. The architectures of microcontrollers, their characteristics, features and possible applications in various industries are studied. Particular attention was paid to energy-efficient and high-performance microcontrollers, as well as their integration with peripheral devices.
