Abstract (English):
The multicriteria conflict in organizational and technical systems is considered. Based on the theory of conflicts, the concept of conflict in OTS is highlighted. Possible criteria that can generate conflict within the system are considered. In conclusion, possible solutions are presented while minimizing the impact of a multi-criteria conflict on the functioning of the entire system.
