Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article provides a detailed analysis of the dielectric parameters of nanocrystalline strontium titanate samples. The material was synthesized using the liquid-phase chemical deposition method, as well as by solid-phase synthesis followed by intensive mechanical processing of the mixture, in the temperature range from 10 to 300 K and frequency range from 25 Hz to 106 Hz. It was found that the dielectric constant of the mechanically processed sample is significantly lower than that of the sample obtained using the chemical deposition method. Dielectric relaxation was detected in this sample at temperatures below 110 K, which is a result of the interaction between mobile charge carriers and the boundaries of ferroelastic domains.
