Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the regulation, application and perception of biologically active additives (dietary supplements) in Russia and Germany. The authors consider the differences in the legislative regulation of dietary supplements in these countries, noting strict state control in Russia and the emphasis on producer responsibility in Germany. The range of dietary supplements is analyzed, which ranges from general wellness and prevention to specialized solutions for athletes and people with specific needs. The article highlights the different approaches to regulation and application of dietary supplements that affect the market and consumers in each country.
