Abstract (English):
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of modern composite materials used in the furniture industry. Their classification, physico-mechanical characteristics, technological features of processing and promising areas of modification are considered. Special attention is paid to the relationship between the structure of composites and their operational properties. Based on the patent analysis, the key trends in the development of this segment of materials science are highlighted.
