The articlepresents the characteristics of the climatic parameters of the studied region, the results of the assessment of the most significant soil pollutants, and the total indicator of contamination of the soil layer located in various conditions of the urban environment, with which children are in contact in one way or another, is calculated. The results obtained can be used to make a decision on the functional significance and use of the soil.
