Abstract (English):
Green infrastructure is becoming an important tool for sustainable urban development and improving the quality of life. Studies show that it has a positive impact on the environmental and social situation, reducing the negative effects of anthropogenic impacts. The concept of ecosystem services, which includes regulating, supporting, enabling and cultural services, helps to understand the importance of green infrastructure in urban environments. Despite the recognition of the importance of green infrastructure, its availability remains insufficient, especially in Russian cities located in steppe and forest-steppe zones. This requires optimization of planning and effective placement of green components in urban landscapes, which becomes an urgent task for local authorities.
