The article provides examples of successful initiatives in Russia, including the Chuy River Cascade of Hydroelectric Power Plants, and examines the experience of global leaders such as Germany and China. Particular attention is paid to the importance of an integrated approach to ensuring environmental sustainability and long-term economic growth.
