The article presents the results of introducing Canadian redbud (Cercis canadensis L.) at the amenity forest of the All-Russian Research Institute of Forest Genetics, Breeding and Biotechnology in Voronezh. We examined the species’ biological and ecological traits, including phenology, seed production, ornamental value, and adaptability to local conditions. The study highlights the potential for using Cercis in landscaping in the region.
