Abstract (English):
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of theoretical approaches to studying ecosystem and recreational services of green infrastructure. In the context of increasing urbanization and climate change, this topic becomes critically important for ensuring sustainable development of territories. Based on systematic review and comparative analysis, the authors identify and examine in detail five key approaches: ecosystem, economic, socio-cultural, landscape, and the approach based on sustainable development principles. For each approach, its conceptual essence, basic principles, and applied methodological framework are revealed. The study demonstrates that none of the approaches individually can provide a comprehensive assessment of the value of green infrastructure and emphasizes the need for their integration to support informed decision-making in urban planning and environmental policy.
