Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop conceptual provisions for managing the socio-ecological-economic development of construction complexes aimed at improving their sustainability in the context of global environmental challenges and digital transformation. The methodological basis of the work is a systematic and comparative analysis of existing approaches to the definition and implementation of eco-innovations, considered through the prism of three dimensions: purpose, mechanisms and environmental impact. The result of the study is the formation of an integrated concept of sustainable construction on the basis of a closed cycle, including recombinant eco-innovations capable of minimizing environmental degradation. The findings emphasize the need for a cross-level management approach (macro-, meso- and micro-level), integrating sustainability into business operations and establishing partnerships along the entire value chain.
