The article substantiates the need to develop a methodology for comprehensive assessment of the socio-ecological-economic sustainability of economic complexes in the context of the development of a "green" economy. The proposed approach includes the identification of negative externalities, the formation of a system of integral indicators, the application of the life cycle concept, and multi-level analysis (macro-, meso-, micro-level). The methodology integrates financial and investment instruments, scenario modeling, and social, institutional, and spatial analysis, which ensures the completeness and adaptability of the assessment. The implementation of the methodology allows minimizing environmental risks, increasing resource efficiency, and strengthening the sustainable development of economic complexes.
