Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article examines the issues of improving the mechanism for managing the product policy of furniture industry enterprises. The need to develop a business management concept based on a rational product policy, as well as to search for new opportunities for selling products in the woodworking industry in modern conditions is substantiated. To study the opportunities and threats that arise during the implementation of the enterprise's product policy, a widely known and effective SWOT analysis technique is used, with the help of which the main directions for increasing the efficiency of managing the product policy of furniture enterprises are determined and the strategic goal of the enterprise is formulated, for the achievement of which, as well as a more accurate definition of the main areas of work, the method of decomposition of goals is used, the results of which are presented on the example of OOO PK "Angstrem", which is one of the leading enterprises in the furniture industry in Voronezh.
