The article explores the elements of a comprehensive approach to the development of recreational activities in the region, focusing on the ecological and economic aspects that can enhance the development of recreational activities through government support for related investment projects. The support for tourism activities contributes to the development of the service sector, which can lead to an increase in the region's GDP and generate additional tax revenue.
