Abstract (English):
The article considers the main sections of the terms of reference for assessing the normative indicators of the operational properties of transport and technological machines for the conditions of the Far North. The factors, parameters and indicators determining the operational properties of the machine are systematized. The main samples of machines are presented, for which technical specifications were developed at different stages of creation.
