The article analyzes methodological approaches and sensor architectures of UAVs for monitoring forest ecosystems. The possibilities of modern remote sensing systems, including multispectral, hyperspectral and lidar technologies, are considered. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of using unmanned solutions to solve forestry problems. The effectiveness of the integrated use of various sensors to obtain accurate data on the state of forests is demonstrated.
