This paper addresses the critical issue of optimizing forestry transport infrastructure in the Krasnoyarsk Krai region using GIS analysis. It proposes a method for constructing a road graph in a GIS environment, integrating data on forest resources, production facilities, and existing infrastructure. Key stages of the method include creating a geodatabase, spatial analysis, graph construction and verification, and flow and accessibility modeling. Implementation of this approach will reduce logistics costs, identify bottlenecks, and ensure sustainable development of the region's forestry sector through informed transportation network planning.
