Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the research on the dynamics of the hydraulic drive of technological equipment for forest transport machines for choker-free logging. The methods of mathematical modeling of the dynamics of the proposed improved hydraulic drive for forest transport machines are determined. A mathematical model of the movement of a tractor with an aggregate through a logging area is developed. The adequacy of the model is verified using a laboratory bench, and the results confirm the theoretical studies. Based on the calculations, the functions of vertical movement, the angle of inclination of the aggregate, and the fluid pressure in the recovery system are constructed. It has been proven that the use of the kinematic and hydraulic scheme of the skidding unit presented in the work can result in energy savings of up to 48 kJ per skidding cycle, which corresponds to a 10% reduction in energy consumption. This highlights the relevance of the research.
