Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
In modern society, the issue of improving the quality of life of people with disabilities is becoming increasingly important. This is reflected in many areas from medicine and education to social policy. The quality of life of people with disabilities depends not only on medical care, but also on how comfortable they feel in society. This includes the availability of information and public transport, as well as the availability of high-quality support from society and the state. Important aspects are the creation of a barrier-free environment accessible for both physical and psychological comfort of people with disabilities. This requires the modernization of public places, transport infrastructure, and the introduction of the necessary intonation technologies that help facilitate the daily life of people with disabilities. We will also touch on the role of volunteers in this topic and how they help people with disabilities. In addition, we will analyze how payments for people with disabilities have changed and what has been added for the period from 2020 to 2025.
