The article considers modern approaches to effective human resource management in a constantly changing world. Today, traditional management is not adapted to the needs of a dynamically developing economy and it is important to highlight the main modern trends of management, thanks to which today it is possible to resist the competition and minimise the costs associated with the departure of staff from organisations. It is also necessary to take into account the importance of digitalisation of modern management to make better management decisions, as well as continuous training and development of each employee.
