Abstract (English):
the article examines one of the key general economic concepts – human capital, which is a very complex, diverse phenomenon subject to constant changes. Scientists in this field pay special attention to various aspects of human capital, which is the main reason for the difference in the approaches used to determine its essence and meaningful meaning. Presenting it as an assessment of the potential ability to generate income embodied in an individual.
