This article focuses on analyzing the employment situation of graduates in the in the field of higher education training "Management", identifying key issues and trends in the region’s labor market, and examining job vacancies and job seekers' resumes. The research revealed that the high demand for experienced professionals in management creates a structural imbalance, making it difficult for young specialists to find employment. Students' expectations do not always match the real conditions of the labor market, leading them to leave for other fields or entrepreneurship. The article also offers recommendations for improving graduates' adaptation, including the development of internships and mentorship programs.
